Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 25, 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how M-Flat, Inc., doing business as Automated Industries (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the latticedesktop.com website (the “Site”). The Site is a marketing and documentation site for the open-source latticesql library.
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic to the Site (which pages people visit, where visitors come from). Section 3 below describes what this collects. The only place we receive information you provide directly is the contact form on the /for-teams page, which you fill out voluntarily.
2. Information Collected When You Browse
The Site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate traffic. Through that service, the following information is collected from your browser on each page view:
- ·Truncated IP address (Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses)
- ·Approximate geolocation derived from IP (typically city or region, not precise)
- ·Browser type, operating system, device type, and screen size
- ·The page URL you visited and the referring URL (the site you came from)
- ·Timestamps and basic session information (session start, duration, sequence of pages)
We use this data only in aggregate to understand which pages and topics are useful. We do not build per-visitor profiles, we do not run advertising, and we do not share this data with marketing or ad networks.
3. Cookies and Analytics
Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (typically _ga and _ga_*) in your browser to distinguish unique sessions. These cookies do not contain personally identifying information. You can block them by using browser settings, an ad/tracker blocker, or a browser extension such as Google's official Analytics Opt-Out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Other than Google Analytics, the Site does not use web beacons, pixels, local storage, advertising-network code, or social-media tracking pixels.
4. No Accounts
This Site does not offer user accounts or login functionality. You do not need to provide any information to access documentation or marketing pages.
5. Contact Form (/for-teams)
The /for-teams page contains a contact form that you may use to start a sales or partnership conversation. When you choose to submit that form, we receive the fields you fill in. These typically include:
- ·Your name
- ·Your work email address
- ·Your company or website (optional)
- ·A phone number (optional)
- ·A free-text description of what you are trying to do
- ·The tier you selected (Teams or Enterprise), if any
Our server also records the submission timestamp and the HTTP referrer / user-agent headers sent by your browser so we can debug submission issues. We do not record your IP address on form submissions.
We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell it. We do not share it with marketing networks. We do not enroll you in any newsletter or drip campaign without a separate opt-in from you.
6. Third-Party Services
The Site relies on the following third-party services. Each receives only the information described:
- ·Vercel hosts the Site and runs the server-side function that receives contact-form submissions. Vercel may retain function logs containing diagnostic metadata about the request.
- ·Google Analytics (operated by Google LLC) receives the page-view information described in Sections 2 and 3. Google processes this data per its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
- ·Resend delivers an email notification of contact-form submissions to our internal inbox. Resend processes the email contents and the recipient address.
- ·An internal CRM operated by us receives a copy of contact-form submissions so the responding team has it in context. This CRM is operated on our infrastructure, not by a third-party vendor.
The Site also links out to GitHub (github.com) for the source repository and npm (npmjs.com) for the package registry. Clicking these links sends you to those services, which have their own privacy policies and which we do not control.
7. Server Logs
Vercel maintains standard server access logs (timestamps, request paths, response status, browser user-agent) as part of its normal hosting operations. We do not use those logs to identify or track individual visitors, and they are kept separate from the Google Analytics measurement described in Sections 2 and 3.
8. Retention
Contact-form submissions are retained for as long as the conversation with you is relevant to our business relationship. You may request deletion of your submission at any time by emailing the contact address below.
9. Children's Privacy
This Site is a developer documentation and B2B marketing resource not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
